Luca's real estate career began as President and CEO of Real Estate Management Associates, followed by a role as Commercial Leasing Director at Murray Hill Properties. He launched NYSpace Finders to provide personalized service to his loyal clientele. The firm now operates offices in Astoria Queens and Glen Cove Long Island, with a team of 20 agents covering the greater New York area. NYSpace Finders specializes in property sales, management, and marketing, overseeing projects ranging from $500,000 to $50 million.
