Caitlin Hynes is a New York real estate agent with proven success in selling and leasing residential and commercial properties throughout Long Island and Queens. Bilingual in English and Spanish, she brings a warm, approachable presence and a unique understanding of the communities she serves.
Caitlin’s passion for real estate was inspired by her grandmother, a longtime landlord who introduced her to the world of property ownership and management. That foundation led her to begin her real estate career at Douglas Elliman, where she specialized in guiding first-time homebuyers, selling co-ops, and connecting landlords with ideal tenants.
After taking a meaningful step into healthcare to become a registered nurse, Caitlin continues to care for children with developmental disabilities, an experience that reflects her compassion, patience, and commitment to service. Now, she is thrilled to bring that same dedication back to real estate as she joins the NY Space Finders team.
